2.x Username Update

Script

Bulk-update user email addresses in a LucidLink 2.x Classic filespace. Creates new accounts, reassigns group memberships and file permissions, and optionally deletes old accounts. Includes dry-run mode.

Preview the changes first with --dry-run yes, using the three CSV files from 2.x Username Update — Export:

python 2x-update-usernames.py \  --source-filespace fs_2x_classic \  --accounts-csv ~/Desktop/fs_2x_classic_accounts.csv \  --groups-csv ~/Desktop/fs_2x_classic_listgroups.csv \  --permissions-csv ~/Desktop/fs_2x_classic_listpermissions.csv \  --admin-password "lucid2-admin-pw" \  --delete-old-users no \  --dry-run yes

When the preview looks right, run the same command with --dry-run no.
