What you get

Triage compares the logs against a built-in library of known LucidLink issues that is updated with each release. Findings are sorted by severity, and each one links to the exact log lines behind it, so you can see the evidence for yourself.

It's a good fit when you want to troubleshoot on your own, or when your environment can't send diagnostic data outside your network.
