Check a LucidLink diagnostic bundle for known issues, right on your computer. Open a bundle, generate a new one, or read live state from the LucidLink client. Findings are ranked by severity and link to the log lines behind them.

New Support button in the header: Export support bundle saves a zip of the app's logs to your Downloads folder and shows it, Open log folder opens where the logs are kept, and Debug logging adds extra detail while you reproduce a problem
The app now keeps a plain-text log of what it does, one file per day, kept for 7 days. Each error has a code such as AA-TRI-003 that matches the app's troubleshooting page in the Support Confluence space
API tokens, passwords and keys are scrubbed from the logs before they are written
Bundles whose zip contains unsafe entry names (absolute paths, .., drive letters) are now refused outright instead of being extracted with the names cleaned up
Updated the zip library used to open bundles, and the TLS library used for playbook updates (security fixes)
Opening, scanning and generating bundles, and playbook updates, are logged with what happened and why anything failed
