LucidLink Network Doctor
Desktop appFind out whether your network is slowing LucidLink down. Runs speed, reachability, latency, firewall, proxy, TLS-inspection, and VPN checks. A tray monitor warns you when your filespace session drops and new work can't sync, and keeps a 7-day history.
Typical result
Overall: WARNObject store s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com:443Hub api.lucidlink.com:443─────────────────────────────────────────────✓ Daemon status object store connected✓ DNS resolved (18 ms)⚠ Reachability connected, 356 ms (on VPN)⚠ Upload latency high✓ TLS interception none detected✓ Proxy none configured⚠ VPN LucidLink traffic routed via utun6
In this example the connection works, but LucidLink traffic is going through a VPN and upload latency is high. Routing LucidLink traffic outside the VPN is the first thing to try.
Tray monitor
The tray icon changes color (green, amber, or red) and refreshes regularly using the LucidLink client's status, so it doesn't create heavy network traffic. Click it for a quick status view. Each filespace has a Run button for a full check.
