LucidLink Network Doctor

Desktop app

Find out whether your network is slowing LucidLink down. Runs speed, reachability, latency, firewall, proxy, TLS-inspection, and VPN checks. A tray monitor warns you when your filespace session drops and new work can't sync, and keeps a 7-day history.

System requirements

  • macOS: 12 (Monterey) or later
  • Windows: 10 or later (64-bit)
  • Linux: Ubuntu 20.04 or later / Debian-based
  • The LucidLink client installed, with the filespace you want to check connected

Getting started

  1. Install and launch

Download the installer for your platform and open the app. No sign-in or API token is needed. It uses the LucidLink client already on your computer.

  2. Pick a filespace and run a check

Choose a connected filespace and click Run diagnostics. The internet speed test runs by default. The filespace speed test is optional, because it writes a temporary file to the filespace and then deletes it.

  3. Leave it running in the tray (optional)

Minimize the app to the system tray to keep a lightweight check running. Click the tray icon for a quick status view, and export the 7-day log if LucidLink Support asks for it.
